Introducing Doreen!
To Ubin Kakis, she's the friendly Auntie Doreen we always look forward to greeting on our every visit. As a committee member of the Pulau Ubin Fo Shan Ting Da Bo Gong Temple, Auntie Doreen is at the helm of all events that the temple runs, such as the annual Tua Pek Kong Festival.
We saw how lively Ubin was during the festival, and we're so thankful we got the opportunity to help out and learn more about this event that contributes to the island's rich cultural heritage!
